Another year of spinning all the things 💃🔥

I would be lying if I said this year wasn’t a challenge. I navigated personal struggles and heartbreak, and took a big step back from the adventurous lifestyle I’ve maintained for the last decade.

Slowing down has allowed me to enter this new chapter of life with intention, to release some things that no longer fit with the human being I’m becoming, and to get clear on what truly matters to me now.

I quit drinking earlier this year and have spent half the year fully sober, and the clarity and presence that choice has offered me has brought me much closer to becoming the person my soul yearns to be. My goals for this year are to become radically organized, creatively charged, and continue to foster a simultaneously soft and strong relationship to self.
