The morning vs evening training debate has real science behind it.
Morning: cortisol is naturally higher, which can help with focus and fat metabolism. You're also less likely to skip when it's done early.
Evening: core body temperature peaks later in the day, meaning your muscles are more pliable, reaction time is faster, and strength output tends to be slightly higher.
The honest answer? Consistency beats timing every time. Train when you'll actually show up.

🚨 UPDATED SUMMER TRAINING SCHEDULE 🚨
We’ve officially added new session times — including our new 4PM classes on Monday & Wednesday — to help open up more availability for athletes this summer.
As school gets out and schedules change, we wanted to give families more flexibility while still keeping our small-group coaching environment.
TJW Performance is built for athletes ages 11+ looking to:
