* **The Guest Bath:** A clean, bright refresh featuring glossy white subway tile and matching matte black hardware for a cohesive look throughout the home.
* **The Kitchen:** We leveled down the awkward two-tier breakfast bar into a single-level, expansive quartz peninsula with elegant custom paneling—instantly opening up the room and adding serious counter space.

As the General Contractor, Kaplan Remodeling handled the entire lifecycle: 🔹 Pre-Construction: Navigated the full architectural drawing process and secured all city permits. 🔹 The Grind: Managed complex electrical and plumbing rough-ins for the commercial kitchen. 🔹 The Finish: Partnered with Urban Lumber Design LLC for this breathtaking custom cabinetry and millwork.
