Summer is traditionally a slower season in my industry. Kids are out of school, vacations are planned, budgets shift, schedules change, and people get sick. I truly understand because life happens.

Because of this, I’ll be enforcing my policies more consistently and increasing deposit amounts to better protect my business. Please keep in mind that deposits are applied toward your service total—they are not an extra charge. (Card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.)

What I ask in return is communication, transparency, and respect for the policies I have in place.

This business is my ONLY livelihood. When appointments are canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, it affects more than just my schedule. It affects my income, the time I’ve reserved specifically for you, and the effort I put into creating an intentional experience for every client who walks through my door.

Please don’t hesitate to communicate with me. I am human first and a business owner second. If something unexpected comes up, just be honest with me. I will always do my best to work with you when I can.

For those unfamiliar with my policies:

• Card on file & deposit required to book
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Less than 48 hours notice = 25% fee
• No-shows = 50% fee
• 10+ minutes late = $15 fee, shortened service, or reschedule
• No refunds on completed services
• Retail sales are final
• No guests or children in the treatment room
