Nervous to try barre because you aren’t sure what it is?

What is it? 🩰 Barre is a low impact strength training class. Some elements of ballet are fused with strength training using light weights, high receptions, and isometric movements (the hold and *pulse* that we love 🤫). No dance experience required

What do you need? 🎒We use the stationary barre, mat, resistance bands, barre ball, and light weights. We have everything you need for class! For an extra challenge, you may want to wear ankle/wrist weights. If so, bring those! Otherwise, just show up with water 💦

What do I wear? 👚 Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in! We typically do not turn fans on, so plan to break a sweat. We don’t care if you come in a sports bra, crop top, or baggy t shirt. Just come 😉 Grip socks are recommended, but you can go barefoot or wear training shoes too 🧦
