‼️ 🆘 ‼️ 173 animals currently in the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center shelter’s care. Take a minute to think about how overwhelming and exhausting a task it is caring for that many animals everyday. And the intakes don't stop. . 504 animals walked into the shelter in May alone. We cannot keep up without COMMUNITY SUPPORT and PET RESPONSIBILITY !!

Here are just a few of the faces that are waiting to meet YOU!! Adoption fees start at $50 with an approved application and include spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines. Open TODAY from 12-5 PM- 303 HG Mosley Pkwy, 75604.

Last night, we had our 11th weekly drawing for our QUEEN of HEARTS RAFFLE: Paws, Claws & Playing Cards at McCann St. Bar & Grill!! SO FUN- good food, good friends, good cause!!

Longview PAWS is HITTING the ROAD again Tuesday, 5/26 with a Van full of Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center shelter pups making their way to our incredible rescue partner North Shore Animal League America in Port Washington, NY.

Our dedicated Volunteer drivers Sandra & Gary will head out with 20 of our LACAC dogs/puppies- Hot Dog, Cheese Puff, Rubber Ducky, Manatee, Axolotl, Emu, Converse, Adidas, Nike, Puma, Dr. Martens, Citrus Sage, Lemon Lavender, Clean Cotton Pink Sands, Iceberry Lemonade, Coconut Beach, Sandlewood & Farrah get their 2nd chance!!

We're looking for TRANSPORT SPONSORS for our "OPERATION PAW-SOME" Transport Project.

A $30 SPONSORSHIP of each animal will cover:

✔️ Fuel & Van Maintenance for the journey (with fuel costs at an incredible premium right now- this is crucial)
✔️ Food and supplies for the road
✔️ Health certificates and travel prep
✔️ Comfort and care every mile of the way

When you sponsor an animal, you’re doing more than funding a trip—you’re giving homeless pets in East Texas the chance to start a new life.
