28-year-old Marcy Borders, who worked at the Bank of America located in the World Trade Center and survived its collapse, is photographed completely covered in dust. The image became so well known and so widely distributed that Borders became known as "The Dust Lady". (September 11, 2001).

Borders died from cancer on August 24, 2015.
