We may not have been posting as much this year, but it's only because we have been twice as busy. Here are some photos from our Kids Culinary Camp that we just held for students entering the 5th grade!! I had a blast, and so did the students!!!

Chef Chardee Snoddy hosted her first culinary camp this week. Students in grades 4-5 (incoming) were able to learn kitchen safety, plating, recipe basics, knife skills, and more.

They prepared their meals each day and on their final day prepared a feast for their parents. They will also prepare a meal for the Board of Trustees during their monthly meeting on Monday.
