Monday: 5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Tuesday: 5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm (no 6:30pm)
Wednesday: 5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday: 5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm (no 6:30pm)
Friday: 5am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm (no 6:30pm)
January is TWO days away!! Give yourself a fresh start and an opportunity to create new healthy habits for 2026! We are conveniently located at 1328 Heritage Boulevard in Spring Hill.

Christmas break means a chance for your teens to get a little fitness in!! If your teen has been a part of our program before and wants to jump in over break, message us! We will send you our holiday schedule, price, and class times they can come to! Merry Christmas everyone!!
Starting Tuesday September 2nd,
Any teens (boys and girls) who have been a part of our teen program may come workout at 5:30pm! This will be a drop in rate of $20/session!
