Good Morning, Everyone!
This is Earlene with Get On Board, Inc., and we’re reaching out with an urgent need.
Is there anyone out there who knows of a 15-passenger van available for $12,000 to $15,000 that we can finance with $3,000 down? We simply cannot afford the $20,000+ prices that the major lots are asking, and unfortunately, many of them want to see income documentation that our small nonprofit currently lacks.
School starts in one week, and we desperately need this van to continue serving the children who rely on us for transportation. If you happen to know of a dealership, seller, or individual willing to work with us, please feel free to reach out.
We appreciate any leads, prayers, or connections you can offer.

This easy loaf pan trick will transform your sourdough baking.

No Dutch oven? No problem! This classic loaf pan method is perfect for home bakers and microbakers alike. (Recipe below.)

Here’s why it works so well:
1. No Dutch Oven Needed – Just use a second loaf pan to trap steam and get that perfect crust.
2. Bake More Loaves at Once – Ideal for microbakers—maximize your oven space and bake multiple loaves in one go.
3. Amazing Shape for Slicing – Uniform slices make this loaf perfect for sandwiches, toast, grilled cheese, or anything else your heart desires.

This is the recipe I use in my microbakery:

1️⃣ Mix 350g warm water, 100g active starter, 10g salt. Add 500g bread flour. Mix until well combined and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Perform 3-4 rounds of stretch and folds, 30-60 minutes apart. Cover and leave it to finish bulk fermenting until puffy and bubbly. (Timing here varies based on a few factors, including temperature.)

3️⃣ Shape your dough however you like (I used the caddy clasp technique here) and place it into a very lightly oiled loaf pan. Cover and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

⭐ Prefer cold proofing in a banneton? That works too—just transfer the dough to the pan before baking.

4️⃣ When you’re ready to bake, take it out, score, and mist a few times with water. Cover with a second loaf pan and bake at 460°F for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes. Wait least an hour before slicing.

My favorite loaf pan is in my Amazon Storefront—let me know if you’d like the link!

I wanted to get on here and explains this picture. Everybody knows that we have a transportation service for students that can’t ride the bus or are not allowed to ride the bus. People ask me all the time. Why do you do that and not get paid? This is why I do it: One of my students came up to me today and Miss Earlene, I said yes baby, she handed me a Zales bag and she said this is for you. She said I hope you like it I said, you got that for me? She said yeah, but it didn’t come from Zales I had to borrow the bag. She said and it’s not new jewelry but I know you love jewelry and I wanted to get you something because I love you and I thank you for what you do for me she also said I took the back off of one of my sets of earrings so you would have backs for these earrings. I hope that’s ok Let me reiterate people ask me all the time. How can you do this and not get a paycheck or get paid? My answer to them is, Who says I don’t get paid.!!!!!!!!!
