Today, we’re proud to recognize every member of the East Texas Radiator family of companies—East Texas Radiator, ETR Service, and East Texas Fabrication—for achieving 12 months without a single recordable injury.

This milestone is more than a number—it’s a reflection of our core values and a genuine commitment to each other, our customers, our families, and our community.

A special thank you to our Safety Manager, Colton Crawley, who has led the charge over the last 18 months by developing and implementing a comprehensive safety and training program. His ability to foster a culture of shared responsibility—where every team member plays a role in safety—has been instrumental in reaching this achievement.

This year’s success carries even deeper meaning, as our team has chosen to dedicate this milestone to the legacy of our founder, Leroy Linseisen, whom we sadly lost just two weeks ago. Leroy built this company with hard work, heart, and a belief in doing things the right way. His spirit still guides us every day—and we know he’s proudly looking down on us, smiling at what his team has accomplished.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication of our people. We couldn’t have done it without you.
