Food for Change - Cowlitz County

Do you like to cook? Food for Change needs your help!

We serve a hot meal every Sunday, rain or shine. On an average week 75-90 people come for lunch, as well as for non-perishable food, snacks, and hygiene items.

We are looking for volunteers who can help make food for the lunch. Salads, side dishes, main dishes, desserts…you name it! Can you help?

When: Sunday, May 24, 1:00-2:00pm
Where: Victoria Freeman Park, 858-9th Avenue, Longview

Burritos — CCC
Spanish rice — Connie
Corn — Carol and Melinda
Chips — CCC
Salsa and sour cream — CCC
Fruit cups — CCC
Dessert — Betty and Evelyn
Bananas — Diana
Pb&j sandwiches — Kim
Meat/cheese sandwiches — Ann
Grilled cheese sandwiches — Connie

Needed this week:
Canned chili for next week

Always needed:
*Big bags of cereal (we divide into serving-sized bags)
*Ziplock sandwich bags (any brand)
