The road to success is narrow, but it’s okay if you fall sometimes. Your resilience is shown through how fast you can recover.

There’s plenty of fun to have in this world when seeking the things that were truly meant to give us joy. Nature, real food, relationships, community, recreation, creativity and more…

You’ve been through hard things before, you’ll go through them again. No one said that life would come without challenges, no matter the severity, we’ve got to pick ourselves up and keep pushing. So don’t take it too serious. It may feel like death, but you’ll live.

Take pride in enjoying the simple things. When the small things get out of order, it leads to chaos and gives us no ability to handle bigger tasks. Ease your mind by being great at the small things.

Lastly, breathe life into others and allow them to do the same with you. We all need it.

By far the most fun I’ve had within a 30 day span. 20 slides just isn’t enough.

This is much deeper than travel, training, bikes, food or photography.

Relationships are the one thing that affect our moods daily. Who you surround yourself with matters! What you surround yourself with matters! We may love and enjoy all the materialistic things in our lives, but none of that compares to having positive energy around you from the people around you.

So just a reminder. When you sit back and think of the important people in your life, how much time are you spending with them? Because (Lord forbid) if something were to happen to them, you’d drop everything. Nothing else in that moment would matter. If they bring more life to you, don’t wait till it’s too late. We’re only here for a short time.
