We are approaching the holidays and a time of heavy travel on our roadways. Emergency workers will be out in force to help stranded motorists, work collisions and help keep you safe. We need the motoring public’s help, too. Please share this important reminder: The Emergency Scenes Law, 56-5-1538 says that when you see emergency workers assisting others along the roadway, you need to move over to give them room to work. If you cannot move over, slow down and proceed with extreme caution.
