The baby turkeys are getting so big.
The turkeys are growing so much… they are becoming my babies. I have a conversation with them every evening before bedtime.

Our farm to table meal…. The chicken was one of our roosters from April’s hatchlings. All vegetables were from our garden.
Pepper finally hatched
Peeper hatched this morning. Piper hatched around lunch. Pepper hatched less than an hour ago. We have a 4th egg rocking so maybe we will get another baby.
Just candled the turkey eggs in the incubator. We have 6 moving and 1 iffie. The others were duds… so 7 out of 14. Fingers crossed they hatch and live!!!
We had to put Danielle in the lamb shed so we could clean her ICU area for the rearranging of coops. She still follow Chicken Dad around every evening since returning to the flock.

The latest hatchlings got moved outside. And Danielle was released from ICU (isolated chicken unit). It’s been 6 weeks and she is healed and sassy as ever. Introducing Danielle back into the flock along with the newest today.
I will post videos of their transfer too.
