Have you noticed? It appears that our town’s landscape is turning from green to brown.

A significant increase in last summer’s water rates resulted in some town residents receiving $1000+ quarterly water bills. With another significant water rate increase already set for FY27, it looks like many town residents are reducing their water usage so that they will not see still higher water bills this fall.
