A Saturday morning MEHKO workshop will be hosted by the City of Long Beach Environmental Health Department focused on the Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) Program on July 18th!
Please help us spread the word to community members, entrepreneurs, and aspiring food business owners who may be interested in learning more about operating a home-based food business.

Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to:
• Learn how the MEHKO program works
• Understand application requirements
• Learn about food safety and business requirements
• Ask questions directly to City staff
• Share ideas, questions, and concerns
Spanish, Khmer, and Tagalog interpretation will also be available.
