CSULB Handcrafted Hospitality

Waste Not OC Coalition attended our Handcrafted Hospitality Dinner on Friday and turned the leftovers, which included 8 courses from our restaurant sponsors: The Reef Restaurant Naples Rib Company Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar Walt's Wharf Waste Not OC Coalition CSULB Hospitality Management Lazy Acres Market 49ers shop at CSULB Bookstore Stonefire Grill Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que California State University, Long Beachstate university long beach & DCYC Local Catering, into 13 gallons (or 165 portions) of hearty and nutritious 'Brunswick stew'. Waste Not OC Coalition will freeze and distribute these nutritious meals to 165 people who are in need this Thursday to area food pantries.

We have Confirmed that Fort Point Beer Company will be sponsoring our Handcrafted Hospitality Dinner this upcoming Friday! Their Nitro Summer Porter with the flavors of chocolate, molasses, and toasted coffee bean but in beer will be served at our event!
