If you're sending bulk emails, here is what you need to know about new email guidelines by Google and Yahoo.

Security Policy:
- Effective February 1, 2024, Google and Yahoo will enforce a security policy.
- Impact on email deliverability without domain setting updates.
- Implementation of a DMARC policy for the domain.
- Guides email servers on handling suspected spam.
- Stipulations on unsubscribe links.
- Maintain spam rate below 0.3%.

Implementation Steps:
- Log into website host.
- Update DNS records in CPanel.
- Make it easy to Unsubscribe
- Microsoft Office 365 customers must enable DKIM in Microsoft Defender

Additional Steps:
- Depending on domain settings, may need to add records for a custom sending domain.
- Consult email provider to ensure readiness for the next email campaign.
