🏘️ This Long Beach ADU was built to honor the character of a 1918 home—and the family who’s lived there for generations.

The homeowners’ grown children now reside in the front home, while the parents enjoy the comfort and charm of the new ADU built just behind it. Every inch was designed with functionality and warmth in mind: vaulted ceilings, rollout island, skylit bath, curbless shower, and spacious kitchen amenities.

For Wes and the team, this project is a reflection of what matters most—craftsmanship, communication, and creating spaces that bring people together.

✨ A fresh take on timeless design ✨

This new kitchen pairs Arizona Tile Della quartz countertops in a Citrine color with a Harmony RIAD White backsplash in a stacked pattern to create a clean and contemporary canvas. A Luxe gold faucet from Brizo and Atlas brass pulls and k***s elevate the cabinetry.

Finished with a Wolf range and KitchenAid appliances, every detail blends style with function.
