I'm no life coach...Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Audiobooksdotcom and other play grounds for literature host a number of self help books. These books can only give you insight of a solution to what you may think is a problem. All I can say is let life be your coach, you make a mistake you made a mistake. The lesson that life provides you from that mistake is not the same as every one else. If you don't learn and capitalize from your mistakes you will develop a habit. A habit self helps books and life coaches can't assist you with. You have the power to change, you have the power to seek the lesson from your experiences. There's no such thing as loses only lessons my friend. If you went back into the past and change the decisions you've made you'll lack the knowledge you have now. So I say this... what ever your going through...whatever your seeking...if you fail or make a mistake. Learn from it...the more you learn, the more you know...the more you know the more you can teach...the more you can teach the more you can give back and the cycle continues....Design Yourself

Negativity is inevitable...it's all around you...it comes with the territory of peers...see my living room is full of positive people😊. I'm sorry there's no where for you to sit negative person 😏. The couches are all full and were enjoying a good time. So when negativity arises remember your living room is full and when a positive thought leaves replace it with another one....😉
