Precision medicine isnāt static. Itās rebuilt every time the science demands more.
Our Food Lab developed the new Peanut TIP Tart for FAIās treatment dosing patients, the next evolution beyond the gummy.
Why? Built to simplify dosing and improve the day-to-day experience for patients.
Whatās different:āØā”ļø Chewable tablet base instead of gelatināØā”ļø Shelf-stable, no refrigeration needed
What stays the same:āØā”ļø Same exact, trusted doseāØā”ļø Made entirely in-house at our state-of-the-art Food Lab
Our Hazelnut TIP Tarts already proved this model works, and is now fully transitioned away from gummies. Peanut is next.
This is what continuous innovation looks like inside a research institute, and thereās more behind how itās built.

The NIH recently awarded Mount Sinai $7.2 million to fund a 5-year study on peanut allergy desensitization ā researching who benefits most from existing treatments.
At the Food Allergy Institute, weāve already treated 25,000 patients using machine learning and biomarker tracking to map out personalized, safe remission plans. Across the TPIRC ecosystem, weāve analyzed over 100 trillion real-world data points to get there. We didnāt wait for a grant to start solving this.
When federal funding defaults to institutions with decades of built-in infrastructure, it misses where the actual progress is happening. Legacy organizations like Mount Sinai deserve their reputation, but shouldnāt we fund the teams getting the best results today, rather than just the ones with the oldest names? Itās time to ask: are we funding the most famous institutions, or the most effective solutions?

A heartfelt thank you to Neha Grover, our top peer-to-peer fundraiser for May. š
When we asked Neha why this cause matters to her, she said: āAs a mom of a 6-year-old, this cause is very dear to my heart and I understand first-hand the challenges families experience in their day-to-day lives.ā
She didnāt just give. She rallied a whole network around the mission. In her words: āSeeing multiple people from my community come forward to contribute to my campaign made me feel seen and cared about. I thank all those who were able to come forward and contribute.ā
Thatās what moves this work forward. Not one gift, but a community deciding a cause is worth showing up for.
Thank you, Neha, for everything you made possible.
