Come and support their amazing event this Friday, May 29th at Paramount Park Middle School, we'll be there all day providing music therapy activities, educating students about the powerful connection between music and mental wellness, and sharing resources to support their wellbeing.

Throughout the day, students will experience:
✨ Interactive music therapy activities
🧠 Education on how music supports mental health and emotional regulation
💪 Practical tools and strategies for managing stress and anxiety
🎶 Connection and community
plus much more on mental wellness for younger children

Plus, join us from 3-5 PM for the Community Resource Fair, a chance to meet local mental health professionals, explore support services, and connect with organizations dedicated to student wellness.
