Your body hears everything you do for it. Take care of it gently.
Some days I want to rush, to be stronger, better, faster.
But Pilates keeps bringing me back to this quiet truth—progress doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it’s in the slow, controlled movements, the moments no one sees, the patience I’m still learning to give myself.
And in those small, steady breaths… I feel myself getting stronger in ways that actually last. 🤍
