Practitioner Highlight✨

Stephanie Hall, LMT, CMT is a native of Houston, TX, but has called Long Beach, CA home since 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University and has an extensive background in dance and performing arts. This has allowed her to understand the body in the way it moves, injuries and the road to recovery. To Stephanie, every massage is customized to each individual.

Her specialties include Cupping Therapy, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Myo-facial Release Technique, Pinning & Stretching and overall relaxation.

Touch is healing. Healing creates balance. Balance allows Chi to flow. Any type of therapeutic massage allows for improved body function and returns the body to homeostasis.

Cranial Sacral Therapy✨

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a non-invasive hands on treatment that focuses on gentle hand placemens to help release tension in the bodies connective tissue aka fascia. Fascia is found throughout the entire body and forms a wide connective tissue network. Cranial sacral therapy is a very gentle and beautiful way to receive bodywork to support nervous system regulation and self healing.

Cranial sacral therapy can support folks with:
