Eid-al-Fitr Mubarak! Happy Eid!

Today is a very special day for our families who have been celebrating and honoring Ramadan. Eid-al-Fitr is the "Festival of Breaking the Fast." During Ramadan, families fast for the month, and Eid-al-Fitr culminates the fasting period.

Families celebrate with loved ones, do acts of service, have feasts, and enjoy their time together during this holiday. Mitchell is a diverse community that celebrates all families and their cultures. Acceptance begins with knowledge, and what better way to learn than with books!
