Kids Glow Yoga and Paint was a blast!

Thank you so much for letting your kids come play today at OneZen! They were amazing at practicing yoga! They of course loved the lavender towels. They were incredibly respectful and seemed to enjoy yoga. Painting was a blast. Just add some glow in the dark paint and glitter and you’re going to have a great time. I loved seeing their imaginations run wild!

After an incredible season at OneZen Wellness, it’s time to wish Reann the very best as she heads to Chicago to pursue her dreams of teaching and creating art.

If you’ve ever taken one of her classes, you’ve probably heard her favorite phrase somewhere around the 50th side plank:

✨ “It’s good for you!” ✨

While Reann didn’t teach a regular yoga class at OneZen, she is truly a magical yoga teacher whose warmth, humor, creativity, and encouragement have touched so many lives. Her classes always left us feeling stronger, more connected, and maybe just a little more willing to hold that side plank.
