Service Issue Reported – ***EDS / EBSCOhost New UI / EDS API ***
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

The Sage Books Autoholdings integration has been failing (completed with errors) since Friday (12/06) due to an API error on the provider side.
While there is no action items on the Alma side, we are in close contact with Sage who are actively investigating this and will share an update as soon as more information becomes available.

Please note:
The issue affects monographs only.
When the monographs integration is enabled and failing, it may cause the entire autoholdings job to fail, resulting in journals not being updated as well.
As a temporary workaround, you may disable the monographs integration to allow journal updates to proceed normally. (to do so, enter the Sage integration profile > Actions > uncheck the ‘Enable Books Integration’ checkbox > Click Save).

There are some service issues with EBSCO this morning: Update - Further progress has been made in restoring services. At this time, availability has been restored to all services with the exception of:
- Holdings and Link Management
- Folio - HoldingsIQ - (Partial Impact).
Our Engineering teams continue to work towards a resolution for these remaining product lines.
