P flex fit

Being the athletic big sister is really a flex 😂💪🏽
My siblings probably look at me like, “Dang… she in the gym AGAIN?”


At this point, I’m not just setting the bar… I’m bench pressing it too 😭🏋🏽‍♀️

I told myself I didn’t really have a favorite exercise… but clearly I was lying 😂💪🏾

Pull-ups and I are in a committed relationship at this point. Can’t have a back day without hitting the bar at least a few times. If there’s a pull-up station nearby, just know I’m headed there first 😭👑
