Turkey is not only yummy, but it contains phosphorus, which helps build strong bones and support healthy teeth. Phosphorus works with calcium to form and maintain tooth enamel, the hard outer surface of teeth, that protects against cavities and decay. Perhaps switching out cookies for turkey, in addition to a glass of milk, will continue to make Santa’s teeth white as snow!
