OE Construction was proud to be a Sponsor and Exhibitor at the 2024 Transportation & Construction GIRL event at the Jefferson County Colorado Fairgrounds. Over 1,700 young women, along with their teachers, counselors, parents, and others from across the Front Range, attended.

The event aimed to introduce young women to the world of and the many incredible careers in the industry through hands-on exhibits and activities.

OE reconnected with our past Construction Girl Intern, and OE’s took charge (in her golf cart!) to help ensure the event and volunteers ran smoothly.

The OE Team brought one of our heavy equipment desktop simulators and plenty of fun giveaways! What a day, what an event! THANK YOU to Keller Hayes and and Construction Girl for an amazing day! Check out some of the pictures from the event.
