Would you like to serve alcohol until 2am on New Year's Eve?

According to Chief Edwards of NH Liquor Enforcement, if you would like to extend your hours of service from 1:00 am to 2:00 am you simply need to send him a letter requesting the extension. Your letter should include your license number, name of the business and the date of the extension (January 1 2011) and the times.

Just got back from Cooperstown NY. I was with my son who was playing in a baseball tournament. We went to a restaurant one night and they had run out of ribs, burgers and wings.
