First up is our most recent closing, 116 West Rd. in Londonderry!

Our client, Starting Nine Properties purchased this property in April and began the task of stripping it to the studs and turning it from an eye sore for the neighbors to this beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home with a 2 car attached garage!
