Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an innovative, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps individuals rapidly process trauma and distressing life events. Unlike traditional talk therapies that can take months or years, ART often yields tangible relief in just a few sessions by utilizing voluntary image replacement and smooth, bilateral eye movements.

When a memory causes chronic distress, ART works by changing how that scene is visually stored in the brain. You retain the objective facts of what happened, but the painful physical sensations and emotional triggers tied to the memory are effectively removed, allowing you to regain control of your life.
