Against The Wind Farm

Thankful that the God of the universe lets us experience what it’s like to plant and grow and sustain life through gardening, while also provide food for our family. I’m even more thankful for my two guys❤️

I grew up with cattle, and so I just KNEW when I finally got to get back out on the farm and help my dad and husband move sheep, it would be the same thing. Maybe raise my hands, blow at them… holler “Swoooo Sheep!”

I don’t know if I had ever been more wrong in my entire life.

Thankfully, we have Sam, from Winding Creek Farms, who knows what he’s doing. Sam just turned a year old in April, and already has made a big difference in our efficiency. What used to be a 3 man job, has become a one man, one dog job.

But that’s not what I love most about Sam. What I love most about Sam, is how good he is with my boy.
