Salmon Cakes with Tartar Sauce and Toast. Check out this weekend special at both Range and The Hook & Slice.

To eat this dish, chef recommends taking a piece of toast, spreading a little of the salmon cake on the toast, and then topping it with a little of the tartar sauce. It’s a really nice bite.
