By engaging in the ancient practice of Kriya Yoga meditation, you can connect with your true Self and accept your responsibility as a caretaker of our world. Learn the techniques to heal and rejuvenate yourself through meditation practices inspired by the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda.

Retreat includes:
• Kriya meditation initiation
• Yoga, pranayama, and practices for concentration
and inner listening
• Sacred silence, nourishing meals, and meaningful discussion
• Peaceful natural surroundings

Unleash your artistic talent with watercolor and mixed media in our NEW Art Series: Easy Fantasy Art, happening this Sunday, June 7th, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm!

Craft and depict Flowers, Birds, and Animals; in Fantasy Land, there are no mistakes—every brushstroke is a victory! Participants of all ages are encouraged to join, but children aged 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
