We will be closing due to receiving a new shipment of beans from Thailand and Ecuador! This is exciting for us, as we’ve never gotten Thailand beans and Ecuadorian chocolate has always been a customer favorite! Tune in later to try them in our single origin bars or in our famous go Aggie bars!

We loved going back to the Northwest Conference this year! This is one of the biggest chocolate exhibitions in the northwest. Selling our ACF products made by students, representing USU and our educational opportunities, and getting feedback on what products people would like to see next. Big success in making connections with other chocolate vendors and giving our Food Science students an opportunity to connect with other industry professionals! Thank you to everyone who stopped by and said hi!

YES, free chocolate from our own novelty and unique chocolate factory by Utah State University!
Simply show up at the cache valley farmers market either on may 11 or June 1 and grab a spot at our free chocolate tastings that feature a variety of our dark and milk chocolates! Then go out and find some cheese or other sweets to pair with it from other vendors! Go Aggies!
