On Saturday, March 19th, we'll be celebrating the gyms 8 year anniversary. CVSC opened its doors on March 17th, 2008 and has become a staple in Cache Valley's fitness community. Over the past 8 years, CVSC has trained over 5,000 athletes, seen hundreds relocate and nearly a dozen open gyms of their own. CVSC is a community made up of incredible individuals from all walks of life and I'm inspired by them daily.
I'm really excited to continue to make CVSC the best it can be. I appreciate everyone to current/past members, coaches and staff. I'm blessed to be able to do what I love. This truly is my passion and I am so thankful that I am able to train and coach EVERYDAY.
