Everyone, I’d like you to meet the newest member of the family, Skadi!

After being without a dog for almost year, it was time, and this little man has wiggled his way into our hearts so freakin fast. I mean, look at that face! Is he a raccoon? A red panda? A teddy bear? All of the above.

We did name him after a goddess, but when the name first, it fits! Skadi is the Norse goddess of winter, hunting, and, Steven’s favorite, snow shoes.

Also, yes, I will absolutely take “newborn” photos of your animals. Please and thank you
