Pro Bookkeeping Tip: Managing Paperwork Overwhelm

Keeping paperwork organized can be a nightmare. I have a few tips about how to make this easier:
1. Set up paper (filing cabinet) OR cloud-based (Google Drive) filing system
2. Set up the following files: Income; Expenses; Bank Statements; Other
3. File paperwork the above files immediately instead of putting them into a big pile for later (later often doesn’t come)
4. Keep paperwork organized into separate financial years
