Big News: Our Station Expansion is Officially Complete! 🚒🎉

Today is a huge day for the West Stanly Fire Department and our community! As of this morning, we have officially finished all the renovations and expansions at the station.

We’ve grown quite a bit to better serve you. Here’s a quick look at what’s new:

More Room to Grow: We added a 3,200 sq. ft. addition, bringing our total living space to about 6,000 sq. ft. This makes the station much more comfortable and functional for our teams working 24/7.

New Amenities: The project added 8 private bunkrooms, 5 new offices, a modernized kitchen, a large locker room, and a dedicated watch room.

Ready for Anything: We’ve added a new board room that can double as an Emergency Operations Center to help us coordinate during major storms or large-scale events.

Bay Upgrades: Our apparatus bays got a total refresh with new paint, professionally sealed floors, new bay doors, and updated lockers for our turnout gear.

We want to say a massive thank you to our members, staff, the contractors who did the heavy lifting, and most importantly, you—our community. We couldn’t have done this without your support!
