Locust Grove High School - LGPS

We are excited to welcome Stephanie Sitsler to Locust Grove Public Schools!

Stephanie is a dedicated school counselor with more than 15 years of experience supporting student success. Currently serving as a high school counselor in Rock Springs, Wyoming, she has extensive experience in academic planning, career development, and data-informed interventions. Throughout her career, she has worked in elementary, high school, and post-secondary settings, helping students achieve their goals while fostering inclusive, supportive school environments.

A second-generation educator and proud Locust Grove alumna, Stephanie was raised in Locust Grove and has lived and worked in Oklahoma, Kansas, Alaska, and Wyoming. These diverse experiences have helped shape her adaptable, student-centered approach to education and counseling.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Bucky, have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of three children.

We are thrilled to welcome Stephanie home to Locust Grove and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our students, staff, and community. Please join us in welcoming her to the Pirate family! ❤️🖤🏴‍☠️
