Responsibilities may include:
General maintenance and repairs
Troubleshooting equipment and facilities issues
Preventive maintenance tasks
Assisting with restoration and property upkeep projects

Qualifications:
Maintenance Tech I or II experience (or equivalent skills)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
