Creative Wings 2.0

Hi friends . . . I just created four new journals that are for sale in the Etsy shop. (Link in comments) One is a "Wizard of Oz" theme, and the other three are so whimsical and inspiring, you will love them.

Some people have asked how I use the journals . . . so I am attaching a few images of journals of mine for you to see. I love to print photos and keep my thoughts, memories in the journals. They are so special - once you hold one in your hands, you will 'get' it.

I absolutely LOVE when friends share photos of their recent projects with me . . . . dear Shoppe friend, Betty, purchased our Valentine LOVE letter kit from our Etsy Shop for her daughter Ashlee. A week later, Ashlee purchased one for her mom! Betty sent me the finished photo today . . . . I LOVE IT!! Such a great job, Betty! Happy New Year, friends! To a year of joy, of creativity, of being true to ourselves and listening to what our hearts need.

I find myself in a huge state of unknowing right now. Trying to figure out my purpose - my direction - trying to be still and listen. Lately . . . all I hear are crickets.

When I am feeling “stuck”, one of the things I most love doing is grabbing a pile of my favorite magazines and cutting out images, words, anything that moves me. These pieces of ‘emotional sparkles’ will eventually end up in a handmade journal or a collage piece - where they will continue to inspire for years to come. That is my plan today. To pull out the warm hugs and soak them up . . . read and re-read them . . . as many times as it takes.

Books are $20 each - if you have not prepaid, cash or check made out to me will be accepted at the door. Send me a private message if you need my address (we are located about 2 minutes from the I355 and Route 6 exit, and about 2 minutes from Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox).

I will be right inside our front door, so pick up is quick and easy - please wear a mask, as I will be doing the same. MESSAGE ME FOR ADDRESS!
