Heres a quick question to ask yourself! Are you using weight classifications in your workouts? Using weight classifications can be a fantastic way to track your progress over time!

The number of sets, reps & volume should always be based off of the goals you set for yourself!! So how many reps are involved in each classification…👇🏼

•WARM UP: 20 reps
•BODYWEIGHT: using your body to add resistance
•LIGHT: 15-20 reps
•MODERATE: 10-15 reps
•HEAVY: 5-10 reps
•SUPER HEAVY: 5 or less reps
