Even after install, Bob was so helpful in understanding my NYSEG bill and making sure my billing was looking correct and helped explain everything. I’m very happy with my investment and with the current federal and state tax credits available, it’s a great deal that will save us over $1,000 a year on electric and break even on install cost 15 or so years into the 25+ year life of the system. I got it installed in March and monthly have not paid more than the $20 service charge and $8ish consumer benefit contribution fee charged by NYSEG. The excess energy production during the summer will likely cover our needs through the lower production winter months."
