👋 It’s been a while since Facebook has seen our faces, so we thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce our team!

Meet Judy, one of our incredible title abstractors and a true cornerstone of our office. Judy’s journey began in Washington, D.C., as the daughter of an Army serviceman, and eventually brought her to Livingston, where she has built both her life and career.

With 50+ years of experience in the title industry, Judy has worked with Livingston Abstract Company, Polk County Title, and Polk County Abstract—and she still loves what she does. As she says herself, she’s “not ready for the rocking chair yet!”

Outside of work, Judy treasures time with her family, including her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, enjoys playing games with friends, cruising, and hunting for the best yard-sale finds.

We are so blessed to have Judy as part of our team and are excited to start sharing more of the faces behind the work you trust every day. 💙
