CDC Loop Wing Emerger tied with a Light and Dark Moose Mane Hair.
The Light and Dark Moose Mane Hairs when tied together give the abdomen a segmented look. Using the Peacock Herl for the Thorax gives life as the CDC Feathers tied in as Loop give the look as if the wings are coming out, and the CDC will float in the water surface.
