We are thrilled to share all that has been recently unfolding for SPIRIT 11OUSE. It has been an incredible year and a half since we began. SPIRIT 11OUSE was created to hold space for others to return home to themselves, others and Spirit. We have been so moved by our community in Livingston and are incredibly grateful for our time there.

The two of us have always been crystal clear about our purpose and desire to serve others. After returning from a powerful retreat in May, we decided to not renew our lease so that we can expand beyond the four walls in Livingston and focus all of our resources solely on breathwork and retreats. Running a studio was an all encompassing endeavor and once we made this decision we immediately experienced the freedom that was needed to be anywhere at any time.

We feel incredibly supported by SPIRIT and are excited and proud to announce that we will be at Loopwell in Montclair every Sunday at 9 AM starting on September 8th. We are also eager to share that we will be hosting a retreat with them in the late fall up on the Hudson In the Catskills. Being a part of the mission at Loopwell is full of alignment for our journey of serving others.

In addition to our regular classes in Montclair, we are building out our fall workshop schedule that will span studios and other venues across northern NJ. Stay tuned as we will share these details in the upcoming weeks.
